My mom has been smoking ever since way before i was born and its way past time to stop. Is there any helpful tips to encourage her to quit and help her out?

Hi from France ♫
I give my recipe… I stopped in 1987. I smoked 3 packs / day and one day I had the idea to calculate how many packs I smoked by year !.. I was 1 525.00 € ( $ 1,982.00 ).
When I saw that, I was like ” shocked ” !..!o! .. I immediately stopped and each day I put the money like if I smoked in a little ” pig ”, then I saved 1,525.00 € during the year when I stopped, do you see ? Tell this to your family ! .. !o!
Have a great day,
Cat.
maybe find some pics of lung cancer. It is really gross. My mom died of lung cancer (smoked 42 yrs) and i watch her deteriorate to a lousy 90 lbs.She had cancer in her brain, lungs and bones. I watch her become weak, bald, and helpless. I can see the pain in her eyes. A slow death and knowing that she will die is much harder than a sudden death. I have dealt w/ both. Try to convince them that it isNOT always about them. Sometimes it’s about their kids and soon to be grandkids.
That you love them and what them to stay on this earth a little longer because of it
Helpme is completely right. She knows what she’s doing is bad for her and I’m sure she feels bad enough about it. It is so hard to quit. But when she is ready she will.
A smoker has one chance to quit smoking, and that is if they decide they want to. You can say what you want, but until they really want to it will not happen. Usually, constantly talking about it just frustrates a smoker, and isn’t the best way to deal with it.
Give the link to this site. We have a scientifically proven 96.3% success rate. She can quit in only one hour with a lifetime guarantee.
